TKO’s Competition Bumper Plates are made of solid rubber with a two piece steel hub.  They’re ideal for weightlifting and training. These weight plates include steel hub for durability and have the same standard 450mm diameter.  With a durometer rating at 85 the plates offer a dead drop creating a safer lifting area.
